| Who we share our information with? | As a Data Controller we may share your details with third parties such as those that we engage for professional compliance, accountancy or legal services. We will also share your details with underwriters, our financial crime sanctions checking service, and where required loss adjusters, claims handlers and the Finance company we use to run our direct debit payment service. We never share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. |

However, we are subject to regulatory requirements to retain certain data for specified minimum periods.
